    LifeWork Training exists to help clients reach their
highest level of professional and personal excellence.
In the workplace we provide professional development
training designed to help employees grow and excel,
but what makes us unique is that we recognize
employees will never reach their personal best at
work if they lead unhealthy lifestyles.
    So in addition to stellar employee development
training seminars, we pick up where most employee
training companies leave off, providing employee
wellness training for corporate clients as well as
lifestyle wellness programs and classes that
individuals can access throughout Kitsap County. 

Our Management. . .

    LifeWork Training is owned and operated by Eugenie Jones. Ms. Jones has more than fourteen years experience in employee education and training and holds a Masters in Business Administration and is a graduate of the University of Washington's Corporate Training Specialist certication program.
Before locating to Silverdale, WA she worked as a corporate
trainer for defense contractors, Science Applications International
Corporation and McDonnell Douglas Corporation in San Diego, CA.
    Her Scripps-Howard newswire column has run in the
Kitsap Sun for more than twelve years and is additionally picked
up by newspapers all over the country.  She has also written
workplace wellness features for the Kitsap Peninsula Business
Journal.
    For Puget Sound clients such as  the U.S. Navy NW Human Resources Training Center, American Financial Services, EHL Insurance, Bank of America, University of Washington, Poulsbo Parks Dept., Bremerton Parks Dept., Harrison Hospital and many other organizations, she has earned a reputation as an intelligent, results-oriented  professional.
